Member of the Board of Trustees
Trustee Leonard A. Matti is from Negros Occidental where his family has business holdings in the Philippine sugar industry. His exposure has mostly been in the private sector prior to this appointment. He heads a molasses-producing company that exports to Japan. He is currently the president of the Sugar Planters Association of Maao in said province. Trustee Matti intends to use his financial and management expertise in extending LWUA's assistance to struggling water districts.
