LWUA Chairman Rene C. Villa (center) formally opens the 28th annual
convention of the Southern Tagalog Association of Water Districts
(STAWD) held last November 17 and 18 at the Eastwood Richmond
Hotel in Libis, Quezon City.
In the above photo, Chairman Villa, after cutting the ceremonial

Camaligan. Below, the new LWUA Chairman speaks before the packed
crowd of water district operators from Southern Tagalog and other
guests from the country's water supply industry. STAWD is one
of the biggest and most active water district organizations in
the country, known for fostering solidarity among its members
and taking a pro-active stance on issues and trends affecting
the water supply sector.
