water supply project for Umingan, Pangasinan
LWUA Acting Administrator Salvador C. Ner (top photo) opens the
gate valve of the newly-completed water supply expansion project
of Umingan Water District in Pangasinan. Photo above shows Umingan,

assisting the administrator in opening another of the P10.3 million
project's gate valves. The project covers the construction of
a deepwell and a pumping station and the installation of 8.724
kms of transmission and distribution pipelines, benefitting the
barangays of San Leon, Lubong, del Rosario, Esperanza and Barat
in this town.
Witnessing
the event are officials of Umingan town's 5 barangay beneficiaries,
LWUA officials and staff, Umingan Water District Board of Directors
and staff, and local residents.
