Pichay now new LWUA Board Chairman

Former Congressman Prospero A. Pichay Jr. (3rd from right) is sworn in as new chairman of the Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) Board of Trustees by Health Secretary Francisco T. Duque III (2nd from right) at the LWUA office in Balara, Quezon City. LWUA is now an attached agency of the DoH. Pichay said he has accepted the challenge of President Arroyo to set up a water system in every community to make adequate, safe, and affordable water to every Filipino.
