US AMBASSADOR KENNEY LEADS P54-M JOLO WATER PROJECT GROUNDBREAKING. American Ambassador Christie Kenney (center, right photo) was the guest of honor during the groundbreaking of the P54-Million water supply improvement project for the Sulu provincial capital of Jolo which is jointly funded by the United States Agency for International Development  Growth with Equity in Mindanao ( USAID-GEM) and the Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) with Jolo Mainland Water District (JMWD) as implementing agency.
