Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) Board Chair, former Congressman Prospero A. Pichay, Jr. and Calumpit Water District (CWD) Board Director Sofia Santos share the honors of leading the inauguration of the new CWD office building which was the highlight of CWD's 28th anniversary celebration recently.Also in photo are CWO founder, former Mayor Raul Mendoza, LWUA Area Manager Engr. Antonio Magtibay, other members of the CWD Board of Directors and Management led by Chairman Arthur Carlos and General Manager Efren Red. CWD is among the first water districts in the country to have extended 100 percent coverage of their service area.
