ADMINISTRATOR Lorenzo H. Jamora (extreme right) of the Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) receives a plaque of appreciation from the Abancio family, from left, son Renato, Atty. Ildefonso S. Abancio and wife Vicing. Atty. Abancio, who was the former Calbiga (Samar) Mayor and Interim General Manager of the Calbiga Water District (CWD) gave the citation to the LWUA chief as a manifestation of recognizing the latter's support to Calbiga residents by providing them with 24-hour safe and potable water through the CWD. The ceremony was part of a testimonial dinner recently held at Valle Verde in Pasig City in honor of Jamora and three other government officials.
