Chairman Prospero Pichay, Jr.(left) is being briefed by Siemens,
Inc. President/CEO Adrian Frank Kenneth Wood (center) on the
mechanics and operation of the SkyHydrant unit donated
to LWUA by the global corporation. The SkyHydrant produces
clean drinking water without using electricity, perfect for
the recent victims of calamities who are in remote areas and
