Isabela City, Basilan Mayor Sherilyn Santos-Akbar (right) leads the inauguration of the new office building (photo at right) of the Isabela City Water District (ISAWAD) which was constructed as part of the P20-million improvement and expansion project of the water district to better its water supply services to its concessionaires in Isabela City, Basilan. This project of the ISAWAD is funded by LWUA through its Non-LWUA Initiated Fund under the Department of Health (DOH).
