Sta. Rosa City (Laguna) water district in the works

The immediate formation of the Sta. Rosa City Water District is through the initiative of Sen. Ramon "Bong" Revilla, Jr. and personal request of Mayor Catindig to LWUA Administrator Lorenzo H. Jamora after a private contractor failed to put up the system the city needed for its fast growing population.
