INAUGURATION.
Silay City Mayor Carlo V. Gamban (extreme right) leads the blessing
of the new Silay City Water District (SICIWA) building (lower photo)
held during its 30th anniversary on July 1, 2006. Others in photo, from
left, are LWUA Board Trustee Leonard Matti, SICIWA Board Chairman

(wife of the Mayor), SICIWA General Manager Glenn C. Antiporda
