President
Gloria Macapagal Arroyo recently inaUgurated the newly-completed
water pumping station of the Floridablanca Water District (FWD)
in Bgy. Carmencita in Floridablanca, Pampanga that will serve
an additional 2,000 residents even as she earlier led the groundbreaking
of another water project funded by P10 Million grant from her
office through the Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA)
that will serve another 1,000 families in Bgy. Sto. Rosario of
the same town. With the President are (left to right, foreground)

LWUA Board Chairman Prospero "Butch" Pichay, Jr., Floridablanca
