Santiago City water treatment plant inaugurated

Navarro (with ballon) in inaugurating the newly-completed water treatment plant of the Santiago City Water District (SANWAD). The plant is part of SANWAD's P406.3 million comprehensive water supply improvement and expansion project funded by JBIC through the Local Water Utilities Administration. The water treatment plant is the first and largest in Northern Luzon and the second largest in Luzon outside of Metro Manila.
