| Officials
of the Local Water Utilities Administration and the Cagayan de Oro City
Water District (COWD) led by LWUA Administrator Orlando C. Hondrade (2nd
from right) and COWD Board Chair Raymundo J. Java signed the contract
for an additional P22.2 million LWUA loan to finance the engineering and
construction supervision of the ongoing expansion and improvement project
of the COWD's main service area funded under the 19th Yen Loan Package
of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC). Others in photo
