LWUA Administrator Orlando C. Hondrade recently cited the initiatives taken by the Tarlac City Water District in forging inter-sector cooperation with other government, private and non-government organizations in identifying as well as developing a watershed area for Tarlac City to ensure sustainable water supply for the residents and industries in Tarlac's provincial capital. Hondrade made the commendation during the 2nd Tarlac City Water Summit organized by the Tarlac City Water District (TCWD) on the occasion of its 33rd anniversary celebration, with the theme, "Synergy for Water Security and Governance" attended by Tarlac Governor Victor A. Yap and Tarlac City Mayor Genaro Mendoza.
