Tarlac's first water quality laboratory

Administrator Orlando C. Hondrade of LWUA recently visited the newly-constructed water quality laboratory of the Tarlac City Water District (TCWD), the first in the province of Tarlac and only the second in Central Luzon, after addressing the 2nd Tarlac City Water Summit sponsored by the TCWD on the occasion of its 33rd anniversary. The laboratory is capable of conducting complete physical , bacteriological and chemical tests on water sources and supply as well as detecting mineral elements like manganese, sodium chloride, iron, ammonia and arsenic and even chemical residues.
