Administrator Lorenzo H. Jamora (left) of the Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) explains to House Majority Floorleader Prospero Nograles (right) the proposed amendments to the joint charter of LWUA and the water districts. The Congressman from the 1st district of Davao City personally committed to the LWUA chief that he will prioritize and expedite deliberations of the proposed changes to Presidential Decree No. 198 once it reaches the Committee on Rules where he is the Chairman. Rep. Nograles also told Administrator Jamora that he will ask for the immediate preparation of the committee report of House Bill Nos. 3763 and 4950 which are being considered by the House Committee on Public Works and Highways under Chairman Generoso DC Tulagan.
