New water system for San Carlos City

San Carlos City Mayor Jolly V. Resuello (wearing hat) shared the honors of leading the inauguration recently of the newly-completed P36-million water supply improvement project of the San Carlos City Water District (SCCWD) featuring a modern booster pump station ( inset) which controls water flow and pressure depending on demand. The project had been funded and technically assisted by LWUA under a project loan package with the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The project which also involved the laying of some 22 kilometers of new and bigger-diameter pipelines around San Carlos is designed to extend piped potable water to an additional 2,000 households in this Pangasinan city noted for its world-class mangoes.
