Water Philippines 2015. In his message to local and international participants and delegates, Administrator Ibarra described the LWUA-Water District partnership that started in 1973 as the innovation that changed countryside water supply development in the Philippines. LWUA clarifies alleged "unauthorized" allowances and benefits

The Local Water Utilities Administration, through its Administrator Andres F. Ibarra has clarified recent news reports that LWUA allegedly granted "unauthorized" allowances and benefits to its officers and employees in Y2013 in the aggregate amount of Php436,182,917.30. According to the LWUA Administrator, said amount was erroneously sourced (Read COA correction and apology here) from the Y2013 COA Annual Financial Report.  Read more
