LWUA Consult, Incorporated, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the
Local Water Utilities Administration ,recently entered into
a Memorandum of Agreement with GEONOBEL, USA for a joint partnership
in the development of sateftite-based Geographic Information
System (GIS) specifically designed for the country's numerous
water districts to help address their non-revenue water or
system loss problems and guide them in their future expansion
projects.
