Investment recovered. LWUA Administrator Andres Ibarra (3rd form left) receives the ceremonial check from Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) president Cristina Que Orbeta representing the amount of P197 million as part of the water agency's recovered investments from the now defunct Express Savings Bank, Inc. More recoveries in the form of other assets are to follow. Others in photo are (L-R): Anna Rose Viray, DM-RBM Dept, PDIC; Atty Rodelo G. Franco, LWUA Board Secretary; Ma.
